The story of Labor began long before the company itself was founded. It’s built on over four decades of woodworking and flooring expertise, a deep respect for wood, and a firm belief that quality is forged in every step of the process. In 2015, that conviction and experience took on a name: Labor SRB.

Today, Labor is powered by a diverse team of individuals with different skills, backgrounds, and traits – all united by the same dedication to our craft. From our 65,000 m² facility in Sremska Mitrovica, raw wood passes through our hands and expertise to become flooring that makes its home in spaces across Europe.

For us, manufacturing doesn’t start at the final finish, nor does it end at packaging. From selecting the raw timber down to the very last detail, we oversee every step of the journey. That hands-on approach means we know exactly what we make, how we make it, and above all, we can proudly stand behind every single piece we deliver.
